FAQ
We support full migration of learners, progress, and certificates from existing LMS platforms. Typical migration runs around two weeks.
From the Standard plan, you can connect your own payment provider. Major Korean providers such as Inicis, PortOne, and Toss Payments are supported.
Turn on the mandatory flag for a course. Learners and their department leads get reminders at D-30, D-7, and D-day through email, Slack, or Kakao AlimTalk.
You can import standard e-learning content as-is, and progress and assessment results keep accumulating. We will confirm the exact formats during onboarding.
Korean and English are available at launch. Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, German, and French follow within 2 to 3 months after launch.
On the Premium plan, company-account sign-in such as Google Workspace is supported. You set it up directly from the admin screen.
Data is stored securely on a regional cloud (AWS Seoul). Each organization's data is kept separate, and payment details are encrypted with a separate key.
